Bolden, the point guard on a loaded Moose team that features a handful of D-I talent, saw his recruitment slow in the summer due to an injury, but was back on the court this fall. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound senior got looks from La Salle, Boston and Hofstra among others.

Bolden is from Brooklyn and played his AAU ball with the NY Jayhawks.

He is the fourth verbal commit of the Colonials 2016 class, joining Collin Smith, Kevin Marfo and Darnell Rogers. Bolden will join Rogers as the backcourt players in the class, though they're quite different players--at 5-foot-3, Rogers may be the most unique D-I recruit in the country.

It's a key 2016 class for G.W., as head coach Mike Lonergan is losing a class of four seniors that includes all-conference candidates Joe McDonald, Patricio Garino and Kevin Larsen as well as graduate transfer Alex Mitola, a three-year starter at Dartmouth.

But they'll have some depth at point guard with Rogers, Bolden and Jaren Sina, a Seton Hall transfer who's sitting this year out and will have two years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2016-17.

A bouncy combo guard with a nice outside shot, Bolden plays point guard for Westtown but could certainly move off the ball in the Atlantic 10 thanks to his athleticism and ability to create his own shot.

Before he gets to George Washington, though, Bolden will have one last shot at a PAISAA title with Westtown. Bolden will be joined by Cameron Reddish, Mohamed Bamba, Brandon Randolph, Najja and Zaki Hunter and Anthony Ochefu as the this Westtown team figures be one of the most entertaining to watch in the state.

CoBL will have more on this story shortly.
