––

Just before the season got underway, we published a roundup of the approximately 100 local high school products who are playing Division I basketball somewhere around the country. The four weeks since have seen some teams play almost a complete non-conference schedule, with others have played only a small handful of games, and others still have been waiting for league play to start at the end of December or the beginning of January.

Here’s how the Philly locals are playing thus far this season (we’ve left out the Ivy League players, who aren’t playing this season, as well as a handful of players who are injured or redshirting). If you need a reminder of their stats from previous years or their storylines entering this season, click here:

Chris Arcidiacono (Soph./Villanova)
Arcidiacono has seen action in five games but only limited minutes (2.6/game), and has yet to score a point this season. .

David Beatty (Sr./La Salle)
Through eight games, Beatty’s numbers are a little down from last year on a deeper roster; he’s averaging 9.6 ppg, 2.8 rpg and 1.5 apg on a similar number of shots from last year, though his 3-point shooting (35.3%) is his best mark yet.

Ryan Betley (Grad./Cal)
Betley has started all nine games in his first PAC-12 season, averaging 10.9 ppg and 4.3 rpg while shooting a typical 38.9% from 3-point range; for his career, he’s a 38.4% outside shooter. The former Penn and Downingtown West standout has five double-digit outings, including a total of 36 points in his last two games.

T.J. Berger (Fr./Georgetown)
Berger has played in three of Georgetown’s eight games thus far, scoring five points in four minutes against Coppin State and seven points in eight minutes against St. John’s (Dec. 13). He’s hit four of the five shots he’s taken, including three of his four 3-pointers.

Allen Betrand (Jr./Rhode Island)
Betrand made his debut for the Rams on Dec. 18, the same day the NCAA approved all D-I transfer waivers; in his only action so far, he scored eight points against Davidson in 12 minutes of action. Look for Betrand to be part of the Rhode Island rotation as they go into Atlantic 10 play.

Dahmir Bishop (Soph./Saint Joseph’s)
After a quiet start to his college career at Xavier, Bishop has started to flash the potential he displayed at Imhotep Charter, averaging 9.6 ppg, 3.0 rpg and 2.2 apg while starting four of St. Joe’s five games (28.2 mpg). He’s hitting 34.4% from deep but only 35.7% from inside the arc, a number which needs to improve.

Tyrel Bladen (R-Soph./Rider)
A little-used forward last year, Bladen is averaging just shy of 20 mpg this year, starting the season opener but otherwise coming off the bench. The 6-10 Coatesville product is averaging 6.6 ppg and 5.6 rpg while making 55.2% of his shots, hitting double figures twice this season.

Tarojae Brake (Grad./Saint Peter’s)
Brake isn’t the star he was at the Division II level, but his Division I experience has generally gone well, as he’s averaging 3.9 ppg in 13.6 mpg off the bench for SPU, hitting 42.1% from 3-point range (8-of-19). His minutes are increasing as the season goes on; played 32 total in his first three games but 52 in the last three.

Jhamir Brickus (Fr./La Salle)
The early frontrunner for City 6 Rookie of the Year is this former Coatesville product, who’s started six of La Salle’s eight games thus far. The 5-10 guard is averaging 8.1 ppg and 3.4 apg while making 59.1% of his shots and 52.9% (9-of-17) of his 3-pointers. Has been arguably the Explorers’ most consistent offensive player thus far.

Jon Bol Ajak (R-Fr./Syracuse)
Despite Syracuse’s starting big man going down due to injury, Bol Ajak has still had trouble finding consistent minutes for the Orange. Averaging 5.8 mpg and has scored two points this season, appearing in five of Cuse’s seven contests.

Izaiah Brockington (R-Jr./Penn State)
As expected, Brockington has moved into the PSU lineup, starting all six games this season. He’s averaging a career-best 15.2 ppg, shooting 51.4% overall and 46.7% from 3-point range (7-of-15), plus 5.2 rpg to boot. Ryan grad has already topped 20 points twice, against Virginia Tech and Illinois.

Mikeal Brown-Jones (Fr./VCU)
One of the deeper parts of a deep Rams rotation, Brown-Jones is averaging 9.9 mpg appearing in all nine of VCU’s games, averaging 3.9 ppg and 2.4 rpg while making exactly 50% of his shots. High-water mark has been a 10-point, five-rebound outing in 14 minutes against ODU (Dec. 12).

Rasheed Browne (Jr./Texas A&M Corpus Christi)
Browne has started all six games for TAMCC, averaging just over 30 mpg. N-G product, who arrived at D-I after a JUCO route, is averaging 9.0 ppg, 5.0 rpg and 2.3 apg, shooting 44.1% overall (15-of-34) and a nifty 19-of-22 (86.4%) from the foul stripe.

Antwuan Butler (Jr./NJIT)
Butler came off the bench for NJIT's season opener but has started each of the last two for the Highlanders. The former Del-Val Charter and Cardinal O'Hara star, who was a two-year starter at Austin Peay before transferring, is averaging 7.0 ppg, 3.3 rpg and 3.3 apg on the season, with only two turnovers in 86 minutes.

Hakim Byrd (Fr./Marist)
Byrd has been terrific for the Red Foxes off the bench, averaging 10.3 ppg and tied for the team high in assists (12) while playing 23.2 mpg. N-G product was named MAAC Rookie of the Week on the back of a 20-point, four-assist effort against Manhattan (Dec. 19), his third consecutive double-digit outing.

Alex Capitano (Fr./Colgate)
Colgate begins its season Jan. 2 vs. Army.

Andrew Carr (Fr./Delaware)
Carr is certainly part of the Blue Hens’ rotation, averaging 17.4 mpg through the first five games of the season, but the 6-10 West Chester East grad hasn’t found his shooting stroke yet, shooting 29.2% overall (7-of-24) to average 4.4 ppg plus 2.8 rpg and 2.2 apg.

Rodney Carson (Soph./New Orleans)
Carson has seen his numbers improve in his second year with UNO, averaging 5.9 ppg while playing 20.0 mpg in eight appearances off the bench; he’s shooting 40.0% overall and 34.8% (8-of-23) from deep.

Cyrie Coates Jr. (Jr./Texas A&M Corpus Christi)
Coates has played off the bench in all nine games thus far for TAMCC (17.4 mpg). The Overbrook product, who also played at CC of Beaver County, is averaging 2.9 ppg and 3.2 rpg, and is yet to score in double figures.

Noah Collier (Fr./Pittsburgh)
Collier’s been part of the Pitt rotation in his first college season, playing anywhere from one to 12 minutes in the first six games, but injuries moved him into the starting lineup for the first time Dec. 22 against Louisville, and he played 27 minutes, scoring four points.

Tyree Corbett (Jr./Alcorn State)
Corbett has started one of Alcorn State’s three games thus far, putting up 8.3 ppg and 5.0 rpg in 17.3 mpg. He’s making 58.8% of his shots (10-of-17), including two of his three 3-pointers. Lincoln High product has two double-digit performances.

Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree (Sr./Villanova)
Cosby-Roundtree has not played this season due to injury.

Traci Carter (Gr./Hartford)
Carter is currently playing 26 minutes per game and averaging 9.6 points per game for a 5-2 Hartford team. Carter’s top performance of the season came against Maine (Dec. 19) where he recorded 15 points and knocked down three shots from beyond the arc.

Zach Crisler (Soph./Fairfield)
Another transfer who was only cleared to play midway through December, Crisler came off the bench in his first Stags appearance and then started the next two. The 6-9 La Salle product is averaging 5.7 ppg and 5.0 rpg, shooting 33.3% overall (5-15 FG, 3-9 3PT).

Ed Croswell (Jr./Providence)
Croswell has gone from a starter for La Salle to a deeper reserve for Providence, averaging 4.5 ppg and 2.5 rpg in 8.5 mpg, seeing action in all eight Friars contests thus far. The former St. Joe’s Prep forward has made 69.6% of his shots (16-of-23) but hasn’t scored double figures since 10 in the season opener against Fairfield.

Mike Cubbage (R-Sr./Marist)
The Winslow Township (NJ) native missed the first two games of the season, but is averaging a little over 24 minutes a game in four starts since, as well as 11.0 points per game. Cubbage poured in a season -igh 18 points in 38 minutes on 7-of-12 shooting against Binghamton (Dec. 5).

Ryan Daly (R-Sr./Saint Joseph’s)
The Hawks are much deeper this season, so Daly hasn’t need to take as many shots or handle the ball quite as much as he did in his first season at St. Joe’s. Still, the do-everything Carroll grad is averaging 17.2 ppg, 6.2 rpg and 2.8 apg, though his 3-point shooting (4-of-23, 17.4%) hasn’t arrived yet this season.

Mike DePersia (Soph./IUPUI)
The Jaguars have only played one game this season, but DePersia started it, playing 36 minutes and scoring 10 points with eight assists and four rebounds in a win over Tennessee State.

Eric Dixon (R-Fr./Villanova)
Former Abington standout only scored two points in 14 minutes over ‘Nova’s first three games of the season, but a 14-point, 10-rebound effort against Hartford (Dec. 1) helped him get more comfortable. He’s averaging 3.8 ppg and 2.3 rpg on the season, and has continued to see 10-15 minutes against Big East competition.

Caleb Dorsey (Fr./Penn State)
Dorsey has yet to crack a deep PSU guard rotation, seeing only a total of five minutes in two games, without scoring a point.

Matt Faw (Sr./Holy Cross)
Holy Cross begins its season on Jan 2. against Boston University.

Mark Flagg (Sr./St. Francis Pa.)
Flagg is playing the best ball of his college career, nearly doubling his scoring average from last year (12.8 ppg) while contributing 7.0 rpg, making 64.1% of his shots and playing 27 mpg, all career bests. His 13-point, 14-rebound effort against Mt. St. Mary’s (Dec. 8) was just his second collegiate double-double.

Jack Forrest (Soph./Saint Joseph’s)
Forrest has looked good in his first five games in a Hawks uniform, especially when he’s dunking on Tennessee. The 6-5 Lower Merion product is averaging 10.0 ppg, shooting 33.3% from deep (8-of-24) after hitting 6-of-12 in the first two games then going 2-of-12 in the following three.

Simeon Fryer (Jr./Texas A&M Corpus Christi)
Fryer has had quite the hoops journey, from Upper Dublin to JUCO and then to TAMCC, but he’s become a starter for the Islanders (3-6), moving into the lineup three games into the season. The 6-5 guard is averaging 6.2 ppg and 3.6 rpg, making 38% of his shots (19-of-50) and 15% of his 3s (3-of-20).

Andrew Funk (Jr./Bucknell)
Bucknell begins its season Jan. 2 at the Naval Academy.

Jalen Gaffney (Soph./UConn)
Through UConn’s first four games, Gaffney has doubled his scoring average from his freshman year (7.8 ppg), adding 3.3 rpg and 2.0 apg in 27.3 mpg; he’s started two of those games and come off the bench in the others. Best outing so far was a 15-point game against Hartford (Nov. 27); he also has only three turnovers in 109 minutes.

Collin Gillespie (Sr./Villanova)
Villanova’s senior point guard is doing his thing through nine games: 15.3 ppg, 4.2 apg, 2.9 rpg, with just eight turnovers in nine games (310 minutes). He’s knocking down 44.4% of his 3-pointers (24-of-54) and 43.9% overall, and has scored in double figures in all but one game, with two 20+ outings thus far.

Quade Green (Sr./Washington)
Green’s season thus far has already included flashes of brilliance (26 pts vs. Oregon, 21 vs. Utah) but also some clunkers, including four points on 1-11 shooting against Montana and a two-point outing against Baylor. On the season, the former 5* recruit is averaging 14.4 ppg, 2.7 rpg and 3.0 apg; the scoring number is a career-high but his assists are down from last year (5.3 to 3.0).

Jordan Hall (Fr./Saint Joseph’s)
Hall’s jumped right into the St. Joe’s lineup, starting all five games thus far for the Hawks, seeing 26.2 mpg. The ball-handling wing is averaging 7.2 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 4.0 apg and 1.2 spg; his best game thus far was a 17-point, six-assist, six-rebound effort against Villanova. Shooting only 31% (13-of-42) overall, 27.3% (6-of-22) from deep.

John Harrar (Sr./Penn State)
The Nittany Lions’ starting big man, Harrar is averaging 6.7 ppg and 6.0 rpg, both career highs, while making 61.5% of his shots (16-of-26), just a touch below his number from last year. The former Strath Haven forward’s best game thus far was an 11-point, 8-rebound effort in 27 minutes against Seton Hall.

Marlon Hargis (Jr./St. Francis Pa.)
Hargis has yet to play for SFPA (1-4), though the recent NCAA transfer waiver means he should be eligible when the Red Flash next take the court Jan. 7 at LIU.

Zahree Harrison (Fr./St. Francis Pa.)
Harrison’s return to hoops after an ACL tear has gone pretty well, as he’s started the last three games for St. Francis (Pa.) at point guard, averaging 25.8 mpg this season, along with 2.8 ppg, 3.2 apg, and 1.4 spg.

Hakim Hart (Soph./Maryland)
Hart has emerged this season after a slow freshman year, averaging 9.8 ppg and 2.9 rpg while coming off the bench in all but two of the Terps’ games. He’s shooting 37.0% from 3-point range (10-of-27) and 50.9% overall (27-of-53), and is only turning it over once per game as well. Oh yeah, and he scored 32 points against Saint Peter’s on Dec. 4 (11-13 FG, 5-7 3PT).

Robbie Heath (Soph./Pepperdine)
Heath made his Division I debut Dev. 19, and the former Abington and West Chester standout has now scored 14 points through his first two games, playing 18 minutes against UCSB (9 points) and 17 against Cal-Bakersfield (5 points). He’s only 1-of-9 from the floor but 12-of-14 from the foul stripe, showing his propensity to get to the hoop.

A.J. Hoggard (Fr./Michigan State)
The Spartans’ backcourt is loaded and experienced, which is a big part of the reason Hoggard is only averaging 7.7 mpg thus far. He’s contributing 2.8 ppg and 2.0 rpg while making 35.7% (5-of-14) from the floor.

Tariq Ingraham (R-Fr./Wake Forest)
Wake played two games to start the season in November and then shut down for COVID and haven’t played since. Ingraham still has his 19-point, five-rebound debut to hang his hat on, though he followed that up with three points in seven minutes against Longwood. ACC play will be a step (or five) up.

Christian Ings (Soph./Rider)
Another N-G guard in the starting lineup for his program, Ings is averaging 10.5 ppg, 3.8 rpg, 2.2 apg and 1.2 spg for the Broncs, who are 1-6 (1-3 MAAC) thus far. His best game thus far was a 15-point, four-assist effort against Manhattan, but he hasn’t really had a bad showing yet, scoring at least seven with an assortment of other stats in every game.

Justin Jaworski (Sr./Lafayette)
Lafayette begins its schedule Jan. 2 at Lehigh.

Chereef Knox (Soph./Coppin State)
Knox, a St. Joe’s transfer, has played in five games thus far for Coppin State, averaging 5.8 ppg and less than a rebound and assist per outing while shooting 27.3% from the floor. Over his last three games, he’s averaging 9.7 ppg and 22.3 mpg after going scoreless in limited minutes in the teams’ opening two.

Matiss Kulackovskis (R-Jr./Bowling Green)
Kulackovskis has yet to play this season due to injury.

Zach Lezanic (Fr./Army)
Lezanic has yet to play in a game for Army, which is 4-1 overall. But the Black Knights have an 11-man freshman class and 25-man roster, and most of their contributors are upperclassmen.

Dom London (Jr./FGCU)
Former Octorara standout and Harcum College product has come off the bench in all seven of FGCU’s games, playing 13.4 mpg. His best effort was 22 points against NAIA foe Webber College; on the season, he’s averaging 7.0 ppg and shooting 36.7% (18-of-49) from the floor.

Seth Lundy (Soph./Penn State)
Lundy has helped fill the hole left by Lamar Stevens, starting all six games for the Nittany Lions and averaging 13.0 ppg and 3.5 rpg, shooting 44.4% overall and 33.3% from 3-point range (10-of-30). The former Roman wing lit up VCU for 32 points back on Dec. 2 and scored 23 against Seton Hall one game later but only has 11 total points in the last three games against VT, Michigan and Illinois.

Xzavier Malone-Key (R-Sr./Fairleigh Dickinson)
Malone-Key opted out of the season and opted to hit the transfer portal, eventually committing to Oregon State.

Zane Martin (R-Sr./Towson)
Martin was averaging 17 ppg through Towson's first four games before only scoring two points this weekend in a win over Coppin State, the Tigers' first victory of the season. So far this year, the Tigers' returnee (he transferred from Towson to New Mexico after the 2017-18 season) is averaging 14.2 pg, 5.0 rpg and 3.2 apg.

Jaelen McGlone (Fr./Rider)
McGlone has played in three of Rider’s nine games thus far, scoring a total of five points in 22 minutes, hitting one of his seven shots.

Will McNair (R-Soph./New Mexico State)
NMSU has only played two games thus far against non-Division I opponents, but McNair has averaged 14.5 mpg, 6.0 ppg and 1.5 rpg.

Gediminas Mokseckas (Fr./Campbell)
Archbishop Ryan product has made a nice impact in Buies Creek, N.C., averaging 8.6 ppg and 3.3 rpg while averaging 21 minutes off the bench through the Camels’ first seven. He’s third on his team in scoring and the only freshman who’s a steady part of the rotation.

Clifton Moore (R-Jr./La Salle)
Moore has started four of the Explorers’ seven games at center, averaging 7.0 ppg, 3.7 rpg and 1.9 bpg in 18.0 mpg. Indiana transfer had his best game against Maryland, scoring 12 points thanks to hitting all three of his 3-pointers, grabbing four rebounds in 20 minutes.

Rahmir Moore (Soph./Saint Joseph’s)
Moore only scored two points in the first two games of the season but has looked much more like the player he was last year in the three games since, scoring 12 against Drexel and 10 against Tennessee. On the year, he’s averaging 5.2 ppg in 21.4 mpg.

Mahki Morris (Sr./Abilene Christian)
Abilene Christian is off to a 7-2 start and Morris is certainly playing a role, averaging 4.4 ppg and 1.2 apg in 13.8 mpg off the bench, appearing in all nine contests. He’s shooting a tad over 40% from the floor and averaging a steal per contest to boot. Wildcats could be in for a strong Southland season; they were picked second preseason.

Justyn Mutts (Gr./Virginia Tech)
Mutts isn’t putting up the numbers he did at Delaware, averaging 5.5 ppg and 5.5 rpg for the Hokies, but he’s started seven of eight games (25.3 mpg), and he’s come up big in key moments for the 7-1 squad, ranked No. 24 in the country.

Jameer Nelson Jr. (Soph./George Washington)
Nelson started off his sophomore year well, scoring 18 in the season opener and 14 the game after that, with a combined four turnovers in 58 minutes. But he hasn’t cracked double-digits since then, and has come off the bench in the last two games as GW’s gone with a bigger starting lineup; in his last outing (Dec. 22 vs. Charlotte), he didn’t tally a point, rebound, or assist in 10 minutes.

Paul Newman (Sr./Bucknell)
Bucknell begins its season Jan. 2 at the Naval Academy.

Anthony Ochefu (Sr./Delaware)
Ochefu has played in four games for Delaware, averaging 7.3 mpg off the bench and getting 1.3 ppg and 2.8 rpg in those minutes.

Ajiri Ogemuno-Johnson (Jr./Rider)
The former Bonner big man started three games (out of 25) as a freshman but is now more entrenched as a starter, opening all seven games this season for the Broncs. The bouncy post is averaging 6.4 ppg and 4.0 rpg in 18.4 mpg, with some foul issues (3.3/game).

Tyree Pickron (Jr./Quinnipiac)
Pickron’s started two of QU’s four games, averaging 17.3 mpg thus far. He’s averaging 2.5 ppg as his shooting has yet to catch on; he’s made only 19% thus far (4-of-21), including 2-of-12 from deep.

Seth Pinkney (Soph./Quinnipiac)
Pinkney has become Quinnipiac’s starting center, averaging 17.0 mpg, 7.3 ppg, 4.3 rpg and 3.0 bpg, though struggling with fouls (3.3/game). If he can fix that issue, the 7-1 Wood grad should be a real problem in the MAAC season.

Daeqwon Plowden (Sr./Bowling Green)
The Mastery North product has had a strong start to his senior year, matching his scoring output from last season (12.7 ppg) and increasing his rebounding (9.1/game) while going 9-of-20 (.450) from 3-point range on the season. As consistent as it gets, hasn’t had fewer than eight points or five rebounds in a game for the 5-2 Falcons.

Allen Powell (Soph./Rider)
Powell has started one game this season for Rider but has been the Broncs’ sixth man in the other six, averaging 23.1 mpg. The former La Salle guard, a late-blooming D-I prospect, is proving he belongs, averaging 6.9 ppg and 1.9 apg while hitting 42.9% of his shots (18-of-42), with an assist-to-turnover ratio of 13:6.

Christian Ray (Soph./La Salle)
Ray’s role with the Explorers seems to be shifting, as he’s gone from a starter to a reserve, even though his minutes (22.4/game) are unchanged from last year, and he’s played just as many minutes coming off the bench as he was when he started. Overall, the 6-6 Haverford School product is averaging 6.0 ppg and 4.8 rpg, making 51.4% of his shots.

Jamir Reed (Soph./Central Connecticut)
Reed came off the bench in CCSU’s first three games but has started the last four, though his scoring (6.0 ppg) is down a couple points from last year; he’s taking a couple fewer shots, but making them at a better clip.

Jamil Riggins (R-Fr./Quinnipiac)
Riggins has played in only two of QU’s four games thus far, going without a point in three total minutes.

Fatts Russell (Sr./Rhode Island)
Russell has struggled with his shooting early on, making only 8-of-38 (21.1%) from deep a year after making 35.7% of his triples; he’d also been under 30% as a freshman and sophomore. His scoring is down to 14.4 ppg, and his assist (3.6/game) and steal (2.0/game) numbers are down as well, though still good. URI has struggled as a team, going 3-5 with a mostly-changed rotation.

Donta Scott (Soph./Maryland)
Scott has blossomed in his second season at College Park. The 6-7 Imhotep grad is averaging 13.0 ppg and 7.3 rpg, making 64.3% of his shots (36-of-56) and 14-of-26 (53.8%) from downtown. He’s started five of eight games and scored in double figures in all but one, going for 20 and eight in a loss to Rutgers on Dec. 14.

Sam Sessoms (Jr./Penn State)
Sessoms scored 1,000 points in two seasons at Binghamton and has taken that ability to PSU, averaging 11.8 ppg as the Nittany Lions’ sixth man. The Shipley School product is shooting 46% overall (26-of-63) and 7-of-16 (43.8%) from 3-point range, plus 3.0 apg and 1.8 spg. Hasn’t scored fewer than 10 points in any outing and has topped out at 17.

Ray Somerville (R-Fr./Cal State-Bakersfield)
Another Shipley School alum, Somerville sat out last season and is slowly working his way into the rotation this year, averaging 1.8 ppg and 1.5 rpg in 5.8 mpg. The 6-10 center has only scored one basket in four games against D-I competition thus far.

Elijah Taylor (Fr./Notre Dame)
Taylor underwent ankle surgery and will miss his freshman season.

Koby Thomas (Sr./Coppin State)
Thomas had struggled with his shot to open the year, making only 34.1% (28-of-82) through his first eight games after hitting 46.9% a year ago. But a 27-point outing against Towson over the weekend boosted his scoring number just above 12 ppg, and he's averaging over six rebounds as well.. Coppin State has played a tough non-con schedule including Duke, Georgetown, and Virginia Tech, so his shooting numbers should bounce back in MEAC play.

Myles Thompson (Jr./St. Francis Pa.)
Thompson has been on a bit of a cold shooting streak to start the year; after shooting 47% overall last year and 33.8% from deep, he’s down to 32.8% overall and 17.4% on 3-pointers. Still averaging 9.8 ppg, 4.0 rpg and 1.2 apg, and one imagines the shooting numbers will bounce back.

Taj Thweatt (Fr./West Virginia)
Thweatt has played in three of WVU’s nine games, seeing a total of four minutes and scoring two points.

Deuce Turner (Fr./Bucknell)
Bucknell begins its season Jan. 2 at the Naval Academy.

Karrington Wallace (Jr./Central Connecticut)
Wallace has increased his production again, averaging a career-best 7.7 ppg and 4.0 rpg through CCSU’s first seven games, coming off the bench for all but one. He’s shooting better than 52% overall and 84.6% from the foul line (11-of-13), with three double-digit outings.

Lance Ware (Fr./Kentucky)
It’s been a tough start to the season for Kentucky, which is 1-5 for the first time since before the Great Depression. Ware has also struggled to get going, averaging 1.2 ppg and 2.7 rpg in 10.3 mpg, coming off the bench in all six contests. He did have his best outing in the Wildcats’ last game, playing 21 minutes and grabbing seven rebounds against UNC.

Isaiah Wong (Soph./Miami Fl.)
We mentioned that Wong could be in for a breakout season, and boy has he delivered. Bonner product is averaging 19.0 ppg and 6.2 rpg, making 48.8% of his shots (31.3% of his 3s), though he’s hit 8-of-19 from deep in his last three games. Has scored 20+ four times including in his last three for the Hurricanes, who are 4-2 (0-1 ACC).

Jeff Woodward (Fr./Colgate)
Colgate begins its season Jan. 2 vs. Army.

Sean Yoder (Soph./Navy)
Navy’s played four games thus far, and Yoder has played an average of 10.5 mpg in all four, though he’s only scored a total of three points on 1-of-8 shooting.

Cameron Young (Fr./Bowling Green)
The bouncy N-G product has carved out a solid reserve role for BGSU, averaging 11 mpg while playing in all seven games. He’s been productive with those minutes, averaging 3.1 ppg and 2.7 rpg with six steals.
