Strengths: The ceiling for Iorio can be very high depending on how the basketball gods decide how much he will grow. The 6-6 forward has a very good shooting touch from the mid-range and 3-point line. Can finish around the rim pretty well, and also possess an attitude that you just want from player when the game gets tough. He has the basketball pedigree with his grandfather being a former Villanova player, and his dad is currently the head coach of Lehigh Community College.
Weakness: Needs to continue to develop his handle, as he can't really yet break down top defenders from the wing. Has to become a better rebounder and needs to look to post up more with smaller defenders on him.
Overall: Right now the problem for Iorio is that he’s only 6-6, so he’s too small to play down down low in high-major Division I, but he's yet not an extremely skilled outside player. The reason why his ceiling is high is that if he grows two to three more inches he can become that “stretch” power forward that is so coveted in today’s game. Expect Iorio to start turning heads by the end of the 2015 summer.
