A muscular combo '4' and '5', Jackson comes from a strong hoops background, as his father (Marc Jackson) played at Temple and in the NBA. At 6-7, Shareef Jackson doesn't have elite size for a '5' so he's working on transitioning to the '4', adding a face-up game, though he's still at his best on the block, where he's got great hands and footwork; also a strong student of the game with a terrific hoops IQ, which usually bodes well long-term.
