St. Joe's fell on the road for just the second time this season, losing 98-90 at St. Bonaventure on Wednesday night. The Hawks fall to 24-6 and Phil Martelli is still one win away from No. 400 with one game remaining in the regular season.

At first...
The Bonnies got out to a large halftime advantage, leading 41-28 after 20 minutes of play. St. Bonaventure guard Marcus Posley had 18 first-half points and hit all three of his 3-point attempts before the break.

Turning point...
The Hawks went on a second-half run to tie the game at 58-58. However, St. Bonaventure responded with a 16-2 run to go back up, 74-60.

Shining stars...
Posley put on one of the best performances the Atlantic 10 has seen this season. He had 47 points on 15-of-19 shooting, went 6-for-7 on 3-pointers and 11-for-12 from the foul line. St. Joe's got 19 points each from both Shavar Newkirk and Isaiah Miles, but even that combined output was nine points short of Posley's stellar showing.

Noteworthy numbers...
Five St. Joe's players were in double figures, as Newkirk and Miles were joined by DeAndre' Bembry (18), Aaron Brown (18) and Lamarr Kimble (11). ...St. Bonaventure shot 63.5 percent from the field which made St. Joe's 32-23 rebounding advantage irrelevant.

Up next...
St. Joe's (24-6, 13-4) vs. Duquesne (3/5, 4 p.m.)
St. Bonaventure (21-7, 13-4) at St. Louis (3/5, 8 p.m.)
