Recording from Hagan Arena, we sat down with CoBL Preseason Player of the Year, DeAndre Bembry and his coach, Phil Martelli.

Bembry spoke about his expectations for the season, attending Nike Basketball Academy this summer and his potential NBA future.

Martelli commented on his standout player and the Hawks' upcoming campaign with official practice starting Saturday.

Keeping with the DeAndre theme, Friends' Central head coach Ryan Tozer called in later in the show to discuss the recent commitment of his highly recruited big man, DeAndre Hunter, who committed to Virginia last month. Tozer also chatted about who else he expects to get minutes for his team this season and a deeply talented Friends League.

Josh Verlin and Stephen Pianovich also shed some light on a few college and high school programs they've seen in the last few weeks including Delaware, La Salle, Lafayette and Westtown School.
