Yesterday, ESPN unveiled its basketball recruiting rankings for the Class of 2016, and a few local players made the list.

Today, ESPN expanded its Class of 2017 rankings from 25 to 60, putting together a bigger - and more complete - list of rising junior prospects.

Four CoBL area high schoolers found their names on the list, with Westtown School big man Mohammed Bamba leading the way at No. 10 overall. The Harlem, N.Y., native has seen his recruiting stock soar so far this summer. At 6-foot-11 and a blessed with a ton of athleticism, Bamba has raked in 16 offers. Schools like Villanova, Syracuse, Kansas, Indiana, Arizona and more on his trail; he'll have his pick to go wherever he wants when his prep career finishes up.

Not far behind Bamba in the rankings were a few other locals. Reading, Pa. wing Lonnie Walker (No. 12) has been raising a lot of eyes so far this summer, playing up with the Team Final 17U team. His offer list now consists of just Villanova, Indiana and Holy Cross, but that will surely grow in the near future, especially during the next live recruiting period in July.

A pair of We R1 guards in Delaware native Trevon Duval (No. 13) and Neumann-Goretti's Quade Green (No. 43) also appeared on the list.

Duval, who played his high school hoops at St. Benedict's Prep in New Jersey but has indicated he might transfer for his junior year, has offers from Louisville, Villanova, Syracuse, Maryland, UConn and more.

Green, who is one of the best players in the Philadelphia Catholic League, has offers from Michigan State, Temple, Missouri, Maryland and others.

The No. 1 ranked player for the Class of 2017 is San Diego big man DeAndre Ayton, who's considered by many to be the top overall prospect in high school basketball right now.
