City of Basketball Love

There’s only one place to be this weekend in the area’s high school girls basketball scene.

The 4th annual CoBL Girls’ Fall Classic takes over Spring-Ford High School this Saturday and Sunday, with our biggest girls’ event ever: 60 different high school teams will be represented over the course of our two-day affair, with games running from 9 AM until after 6 PM on both days, with high-level action the whole way through.

Our field includes many of the area’s top programs, from defending state champions — Westtown School and Perkiomen Valley are both in the mix — along with powerhouses from District 1, the Philadelphia Catholic League, Philadelphia Public League, South Jersey, Delaware, and from all around Pennsylvania. 

It’s an event loaded with talent, with committed Division I players including Upper Dublin senior Emilia Coleman (La Salle), Archbishop Carroll senior Alexis Eberz (Villanova), Gloucester Catholic senior Jahzara Green (Saint Joseph’s), Upper Dublin’s Megan Ngo (Fairleigh Dickinson), Blair Academy (N.J.) senior Priyanka Ponnam (Arizona), and more. 

Admission to the event costs $10 per day for anybody 12 or older. We will not sell weekend passes. We will also have roster packets on sale for Division II and Division III coaches for $40; coaches whose programs have not bought a packet will have to pay the daily fee, but one packet fee covers admission for all coaches on that staff. 

The entire event will be streamed on BallerTV.
