It’s time for Philly Live once again.

The area’s annual two-week, June live period affair — which has become one of the top scholastic recruiting period events in the country since its inception in 2019 — starts up again this weekend, with more than 200 teams and even more college coaches coming to the courts at Jefferson University and the Alan Horwitz ‘Sixth Man’ Center between Friday and Sunday.

Here’s a look at some of the top games Saturday, with the day’s full schedule below:

~~~
East Catholic (Conn.) vs Hershey
10:10 A.M, PYB Ct. 2
Hershey had a dream season last year, giving the town good reason to fill the Giant Center as they reached the PIAA Class 5A title game. The Trojans lost a couple pieces but they do have their engine back in 2026 guard Cam Sweeney, a tough 6-foot-3 orchestrator who is also the football team’s QB1. East Catholic has a solid core anchored by a 2026  big man in 6-foot-7 Brayden Jones and flanked by a pair of strong players in 2026 point guard Sincere Folk, a throwback point guard, and 2027 Michael Bradley, an emerging wing.
Wilsonville (Ore.) vs Neumann-Goretti
12:30 P.M., PYB Ct. 3
The Saints bumped up to Class 5A last year and all they did was bring home another state championship. Carl Arrigale has another strong group this season with 2026 guard Stephon Ashley-Wright leading the way, the 5-foot-10 combo guard still looking for his home at the next level. Class of 2026 guards Deshawn Yates and Kody Colson, along with wing/forward Alassan N’Diaye also return. 2027 wing Marquis Newson is a new addition to the Saints lineup, bringing some high-flying athleticism while 2027 Landon Collins and 2028 Ernest “EJ” Shelton add to the formidable guard lineup. Don’t sleep on the Pacific Northwest’s athletes. Wilsonville has practically lived in state title games – the Wildcats missing a trip to the OSAA final for the first time in nine years this winter – but will have to re-tool after some graduations. 2028 forward Michael Ratcliffe Jr, a 6-foot-8 interior presence, will be one to watch.
Plymouth Whitemarsh vs St. Ignatius (Ohio)
1:40 P.M., Jefferson Ct. 1
The Colonials – after starting their day against Notre Dame (Conn) at PYB – head over to Jefferson for their second game. Mani Sajid is one of the top local 2026 prospects on the board, the 6-foot-3 guard a high-level scorer with a game that seems to still be growing while 2026 big man Michael Pereira was a breakout player last season, the 6-foot-9 forward a true post presence on both ends of the floor. 2027 Buddy Denard is an ignitable shooter who also controls the floor with the ball in his hands. St. Ignatius has a well-rounded group with a trio of notable 2026 players. Keith Seide brings size on the interior with some shooting touch, Alex Mack can light things up from the outside in a hurry and RJ Jones has an athletic build as a two-way contributor while 2028 Denahi Melton runs the point.
Archbishop Wood vs Notre Dame (Conn.)
1:40 p.m., PYB Ct. 4
Notre Dame is making it a worthwhile trip to Philly, taking on District 1 6A contender Plymouth Whitemarsh in their first game of the day, then matching up with a Vikings team looking to find its way back to the Palestra and PIAA playoffs. Notre Dame’s big name to watch is 2026 prospect Abdou Toure, a fantastic 6-foot-5 athlete who had a 50-point game playing for Guinea in the FIBA U17 World Cup last July. The Green Knights also get plenty from 6-foot-5 Sacred Heart commit Landon Krygier and 2028 Sekou Toure - Abdou’s cousin - has some upside. Wood went through the fire with a younger group last year but has most of its lineup back. Brady MacAdams has steadily developed into a mid-major prospect, picking up a few offers in recent weeks while 2027 guard Caleb Lundy just got his first offer and 2027 forward Jaydn Jenkins has an intriguing set of skills. Also keep an eye on 2028 guard Dylan Powell as an up-and-comer for Wood.
Roman Catholic vs Bergen Catholic (N.J.)
2:50 P.M., Jefferson Ct. 1
A high-profile game between a PCL heavyweight and a NJ powerhouse takes over at Jefferson in this block. The Cahillities are highlighted by 2026 forward Sammy Jackson, the highly-touted prospect closing in on a commitment, and 2026 point guard RJ Smith, the La Salle commit coming to Roman after three years at Imhotep Charter. First-year coach Brad Wanamaker has some other emerging prospects including 2026 wing Bryce Presley, 2027 forward Sabir Lyn and 2028 guards DJ Ruffin and a name certain to watch in coming years, Brad Wanamaker Jr. Bergen Catholic counters with plenty back from a state championship roster starting with a legitimate 6-foot-9 stretch big in 2027 Luka Kuqo and a couple established 2026s in 6-foot-6 forward Kieran Quinn and 6-foot-3 guard Jaden Brown. A few other names to watch are 2027 guards Alex Mazzella and Jahlil Owusu and 2028 Owen Wucherpfennig adds even more interior size.
Father Judge vs St. Xavier (Ohio)
4:00 P.M., PYB Ct. 4
The Crusaders start anew after the best season in program history, a couple cornerstone names off to college but still plenty of talent left in Northeast Philly. 2026 wing Derrick Morton-Rivera and 2026 guards Max Moshinski and Rocco Westfield along with 2027 guard Nazir Tyler form the returning core for Judge, all of them college-level prospects. With some room in the rotation, Rezon Harris and Jeremiah Adedeji look like likely players to step into some of that room. St. Xavier will be turning over its leadership to its 2026 class. 6-foot-4 wing Brayden Reilly, 6-foot-2 wing Jack Ryan and 6-foot-3 guard/wing Kobe Clapper are among the Bombers top returners.
West Catholic vs. Don Bosco Prep (N.J.)
5:10 PM, Jefferson Ct. 1
The Burrs reached the PIAA summit again in March and have a lot of strong pieces coming back as they line up against another NJ powerhouse to lead Saturday’s slate into the evening blocks. West Catholic’s Kingston Wheatley, an athletic 6-foot-8 presence, has been a fast-rising 2026 with some recent offers to his name. Keep an eye on 2027 Xavier Fauntroy, especially if the 6-foot-3 guard heats up on the perimeter. Don Bosco Prep 2026 JP Skoric is a 6-foot-8 big who can cash in easily from the outside while 2028 guard Jaylen Lewis has a nice foundation and a smooth lefty game that could grow in coming years.
Penncrest vs. Salesianum (Del.)
6:20 PM, Jefferson Ct. 2
A Penncrest team that should have lofty goals next season takes on a Delaware team that always plays a difficult slate on Saturday evening. The Lions return much of their roster from a year ago, headlined by potent 2026 forward Mikey Mita, a 6-foot-7 matchup issue who can score plenty of ways. 2026 point guard Will Stanton runs the show and longtime coach Mike Doyle also has an overall solid backcourt anchored by fellow 2026s Connor Cahill and Sean Benson. The Sallies finished sub-.500 last year but they played a grueling slate. A couple of 2026 guards coming off breakout seasons in Latrell Wright and Dominic Downs will take the lead this year.
St. Georges Tech (Del.) vs. Berks Catholic
7:30 PM, Jefferson Ct. 1
No matter the year, Berks Catholic is probably going to be pretty good with longtime coach Snip Esterly usually putting his Saints in position to contend at the league, district and state level. BC has a legit leader in 2026 Kingston McCoy, the 6-foot-2 guard a slashing rim-attacker while 2028 Carmelo Harper is a growing point guard. St. Georges was a DIAA semifinalist this past season and 2026 Joshua Obiora, a 6-foot-8 forward, was named Delware’s Gatorade State Player of the Year. A pair of 2027s in Jayden Reid and Amere Rhoades will be stepping into larger roles for a team that graduated four of its top five scorers.
