The inaugural Rare Footage Classic debuts this weekend at three different venues on both sides of the PA/NJ border on Saturday and Sunday. Some high-level boys and girls hoops games will take place at St. Raphael’s in Hamilton, N.J., Trenton Catholic (N.J.) and Charger Nation in Morrisville, Pa. 

There’s plenty of firepower and marquee games on the boys side, which includes Archbishop Ryan big man Thomas Sorber playing in his hometown against Trenton Catholic (N.J.).  Plenty of other local programs with Division I talent like Penn Charter, St. Joe’s Prep, Cristo Rey and Rocktop Academy are on the schedule as well.

The girls field has plenty of the area’s top teams as well, including Spring-Ford, Friends’ Central, Archbishop Wood and Imhotep. A matchup between Ursuline (Del.) and Morris Catholic (N.J.) pits ESPN Top 50 2025 guards Mia and Mya Pauldo against Ursuline’s high-major 2027s Jezelle Banks and Taylor Brown.
