WYNCOTE, Pa. — Baseline Hoops hosted its Pre-live Showcase on Saturday and Sunday at Cheltenham High School. Multiple local 15U, 16U and 17U teams battled, showcasing themselves in an entertaining two days of hoops. Here are the standouts from Sunday’s action:

Naeem Colston (2024 | Mt. Pleasant Bulldogs 17U)
Colston led the Bulldogs with his production and his intangibles. He started off their first game with back-to-back steals for transition lay ups. His agility showed when he was making defensive rotations and slashing to the basket on offense, where he dropped 16 points. In addition to his high level of communication in game 2, Colston displayed his physicality too, fighting for rebounds and throwing down dunks.

Zane Conlon, 2025 PA Coalition

Zane Conlon (2025 | PA Coalition 16U)
The sophomore player from Devon Prep brought skill and versatility to the table for the PAC. He threw his body around to work the offensive glass for second-chance opportunities. Operating as a point-forward, Conlon demonstrated a feel for distributing from the high post and the jumper to make defenders respect his scoring ability.

Robert Cottrell (2024 | Shawn Warren Elite 17U)
The combo guard from Roman Catholic had the ball on a string. In game 1 of the 17U slate, Cottrell used hesi’s and snatches to knock his defenders off balance and get to the basket. As defenders began cheating over to neutralize creation ability off-the-bounce, he sustained advantages with good ball movement. And in triple overtime, his teammates got it back to him in the corner where he hit the game winning three.

David Fridia (2024 | PA Coalition 17U)
Fridia is still learning how to maximize his physical tools but the flashes were there. The 6’7 forward blocked a couple shots and altered others in the paint. On offense, he used quick moves in the post to get quality looks. Even though his jumper didn’t fall at first, he got into a rhythm in the second half of game 2, finishing strong through contact at the rim.

Blake Hargrove (2026 | Team Final Red 15U)
Hargrove’s quickness changing speeds and directions was overwhelming at times. He blitzed ball-handlers to force turnovers, then immediately pushed the ball to jumpstart transition offense. In the half court, Hargrove showcased his jumper in game 1, knocking down pull ups in the mid-range and from three, as well as a couple spot ups. During game 2, he focused on getting two feet in the paint, where he facilitated.

Zuri Harris, 2024 PA Coalition

Zuri Harris (2024 | PA Coalition 17U)
Coatesville’s very own was the maestro behind PAC’s success on Sunday. Other than a couple middies and lays, Harris managed the offense, getting everyone organized and into their sets on that end. Defensively, he took away whoever he was guarding. Harris mucked up whatever actions the opposing team wanted to run by using his technique and strong lower body to work over ball screens and stay attached to his man.

Jayson Love (2023 | Ghost Elite 17U)
Still looking for a home, Love won possessions with his grown man game. He’s a below-the-rim finisher who dropped 15 points in one game and 13 in the other. The Ghosts couldn’t pull out the win in either contest. But Love’s ability to play off of two feet, ball-fakes, and all-around craft provided a steady supply of offense throughout.

Isaiah Marshall (2025 | PA Coalition 16U)
Marshall’s motor was relentless. He picked up full court and didn’t let up. When he was off-ball, he racked up steals and deflections with defensive activity. Marshall kept that same energy on the offensive end. His determination to get downhill and fight for boards was rewarded by trips to the charity stripe, where he went 6 for 6, then 6 for 7. He totaled 10 and 12 points, respectively.

Anthony Murray (2024 | Shawn Warren Elite 17U)
Contrell’s backcourt mate tilted defenses in his own way. Murray is a speed merchant. As soon as he caught his man flat-footed, the Penn Wood guard turned on the jets to blow by him. That speed doubled as his weapon on defense. Murray beat ball-handlers to their spots and intercepted in-bound passes, leading SW to a comeback victory in their second game.

Jake Puksyzn (2026 | Team Final Red 15U)
Without having plays called for him, Puksyzn was a star in his role. He clogged passing lanes and rebounded on defense and made great connective passes on offense. His highlights came as a wing shooter though. Puksyzn drained multiple threes in each game, mainly by floating to open space on the perimeter; but he hit a couple stepbacks too.

Zion Robinson, 2027 K-Low Elite

Zion Robinson (2027 | K-Low Elite Blue 15U)
Robinson was feeling himself early from behind the arc on Sunday morning. He stepped into three triples for 13 points in the first half. A true shooter, he made 3 of 4 free throws as well. Robinson paired his game high 17 points with aggressive point-of-attack defense, adding a couple steals to his all-around floor game.

Nate Townsend (2024 | Mt. Pleasant Bulldogs 17U)
Every team needs a hooper who can connect their advantage creation to their play-finishing and Townsend was that guy for the Bulldogs. He attacked off-the-catch, making quick decisions to either get the lay or find the open man. Townsend was fun to watch, especially on fastbreaks where he could showcase his playmaking chops with no-look passes.

Salot Young (2023 | North Philly Spartans 17U)
The Olney product is an unsigned gem but shouldn’t be for much longer. Young battled in the post as a rim-protector and rim-runner. He sent shots in the opposite direction when slashers challenged him inside. That power translated to how he cleaned the glass when his team had the ball. One possession, the 6’7 big man caught a body when he grabbed a board mid-air and threw it down for a putback dunk.
