Penn State brought the Big Ten to the Palestra, with a Philly-heavy Nittany Lions' contingent welcoming the Iowa Hawkeyes to the City of Brotherly Love on Saturday afternoon. Behind 23 points from Izaiah Brockington and 16 from Lamar Stevens, No. 21 Penn State played clutch down the stretch for an 89-87 win over the No. 23 Hawkeyes.
