City of Basketball Love

Ralls provided instant offense for Carroll as a freshman, the athletic wing guard a terrific outside shooter who's also a bouncy, high-energy defender, which makes him a valuable two-way presence. Ralls knows how to play well within offensive concepts and doesn't take forced shots, and he can attack the bucket when defenders start closing out, though he doesn't need a ton of room to get his shot off.
