Welcome to the home of CoBL's events and camps.

Since 2014, we've run the Philadelphia-area's best offseason hoops events: our single-day Exposure Camps for area high schoolers, and the PA vs. NJ/Del Shootout for high school teams, each bringing some of the top talent around to local courts in front of the CoBL staff as well as hundreds of scouts, media, and college coaches.

Now, in this new era of City of Basketball Love, we're excited to announce our events have returned. We've brought back our annual Boys Interstate Shootout in the fall, and added a Girls' Fall Classic; also back are our highly-regarded series of small-college exposure camps, as well as the CoBL Underclassman Camp.

Starting in 2023, we've grown our events portfolio to includes middle school and high school camps, AAU tournaments, boys and girls in-season showcases, and more. Now in our 10th year of running events, 2025 figures to be the biggest and best year yet for CoBL's camps and showcases.

Events Director - Steph Garafolo

An assistant women's basketball coach at Haverford College, Steph has been CoBL's Camps and Events Director since June 2023.

Born in South Philadelphia, Steph moved out to Havertown as a child and spent her formative years in Delaware County, where she was immersed in hoops from a young age. She went to Cardinal O'Hara, helping the Lions to a Catholic League championship in 2013 as a junior before going to Penn State, where she played club basketball and helped fundraise for THON, the school's annual 46-hour dance marathon which raises money for childhood cancer patients at the local children's hospital.

Upon graduating from Penn State in 2018, Steph spent the next five years working in sales and marketing for various organizations, including Hershey, the Wilmington Blue Rocks and the New York Jets, before returning home during the COVID pandemic, leaving the corporate world in 2023 and joining CoBL as its Events Director. Before coaching at Haverford College,  she spent four years (2020-24) as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Cardinal O'Hara, helping the Lions to the PCL and PIAA 5A championships in 2022 and the PIAA 6A championship in 2024.
