The PSA Cardinals, a Nike-backed EYBL program out of New York, is hosting a prep showcase this weekend at the Hill School, a five-game affair that will feature quite a few future high-major Division I basketball players.

It’s a feature event for several of the best players in the Cardinals’ program, starting with the powerful duo of seniors Mohamed Bamba and Brandon Randolph. Bamba, a 6-11 center, is a consensus top-5 prospect in the class of 2017, blessed with a terrific wingspan, endlessly-running motor and a rapidly-developing offensive game with range out to the 3-point arc; Duke and Kentucky are pushing hard for his commitment. Randolph, a 6-6 shooting guard, is one of the best 3-point gunners in the country; he’ll be heading to Arizona next fall.

Another PSA product, Westtown junior forward Jake Forrester, is a high-major prospect in his own right; the bouncy, mobile 6-9 forward already holds offers from Temple, Penn State, Rice, Saint Joseph’s, Richmond and more. And then of course there’s fellow junior Cameron Reddish, a top-5 prospect in 2018 with offers from every blue blood program around; Reddish plays his AAU ball with Team Final, another EYBL program.

The Hill School boasts a PSA Cardinal of its own in junior wing Chase Audige, a 6-4 guard with offers from Rice, St. Joe’s, Drexel, UMass and more. He’s joined on the Hill roster by UC Irvine commit Solomon Ruddell, a 7-foot center, 6-9 Donnell Hill, 6-3 Ethan Norton and 6-3 Colton Lawrence, all seniors/post-grad students.

St. James, which folks in this area might recognize as the alma mater of Temple star junior Obi Enechionyia, currently boasts top-40 junior and PSA product Isaiah Mucius, a 6-7 wing with offers from Xavier, Seton Hall, Virginia Tech and Penn State amongst his 11 scholarship opportunities. Bryce Golden, a 6-8 forward who’s being targeted by Penn State, Pitt, Clemson, Central Florida and more, brings more size to the Maryland school.

Another PSA -- Putnam Science Academy (Conn.) -- closes out the day with a game against the third local team in the mix, Brian Shanahan’s Phelps School Lions. Putnam Science is led by senior Hamidou Diallo, a top-15 prospect and ferocious scorer who's one of the best rim-attackers in the country. Junior guard Eric Ayala, a former Sanford (Del.) wing, is now being recruited by the likes of Syracuse, Arizona, UConn, Maryland and others following a standout summer with WeR1. The Phelps School features former Cherry Hill East (N.J.). big man Timmy Perry in the middle, plus former Delsea (N.J.) wing Kaleb Morton.

This isn’t a complete list, either; St. Luke’s (Conn.) will be there, led by Boston U commit Walter Whyte, while New Jersey prep programs Hun School and Peddie School always have D-I talent on their rosters as well.

Admission to the event will be $10
