As always, Monday means it's the release of various awards, polls and honors from the previous week of Division I college hoops. Here's a quick roundup of all CoBL-related mentions as they come out during the day:

Bembry named Big 5 PoTW
Saint Joseph's DeAndre Bembry won Big 5 Player of the Week honors for the second consecutive week and third time this season thanks to a 16-point, nine-rebound, seven-assist performance in SJU's win over Illinois State on Saturday afternoon.

Bembry, a junior wing, is averaging 15.0 ppg, 6.3 rpg and 3.3 apg as the Hawks are off to an 8-2 start to the season, their best since a pair of guards named Jameer Nelson and Delonte West wore SJU uniforms in 2003-04. The current four-game winning streak is the program's longest since February 2014, but they have a tough test ahead of them on Tuesday, taking on Virginia Tech at the Barclays Center.

Two players earned Big 5 honorable mentions: Penn junior Matt Howard, who had his first career double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Ursinus, as well as Temple senior Quenton Decosey, who had 20 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Delaware State.

Howard was also named to the Ivy League's weekly honor roll for his performance.

Villanova drops in both polls
Following an 86-75 loss at Virginia on Saturday, Villanova dropped to No. 17 in both the Associated Press and USA Today/Coaches polls.

The Wildcats have lost two of their last three games, both both were to top-5 opponents in the Cavaliers (No. 5 ) and Oklahoma (No. 3), and both games were of the road/neutral variety.

Among teams with two losses, Villanova trails No. 7 North Carolina (9-2), No. 12 Kentucky (9-2) and No. 15 Duke (9-2) in the AP poll.
