Two days after the Colonial Athletic Association released its entire list of conference games for the 2015-16 season, Drexel followed suit, revealing the 11 games on its non-conference slate on Wednesday afternoon.

A trip to Anchorage to play in the Great Alaska Shootout plus games against three Big 5 members and one more big in-state school highlight the Dragons' early portion of the schedule, which tips off on the first day possible (Nov. 13) at city rival Saint Joseph's. Last year, the Hawks took a 52-49 decision at the Daskalakis Athletic Center, winning the yearly matchup between Drexel head coach Bruiser Flint and his alma mater.

They'll stay home for the next week, with a pair of games at the DAC as High Point and Monmouth journey into West Philly, but then it's the longest road trip of the season--and about as far as one can get and still be in the United States.

The Dragons will be bringing some fire up to the cold Alaska nights in Anchorage, taking part int he eight-team Great Alaska Shootout. UNC-Asheville awaits in the first round, with Middle Tennessee State or D-II Alaska-Anchorage awaiting; San Diego, San Jose State, Toledo and Loyola (Ill.) round out the field.

They'll have a week to recover from Alaska before another cross-city trip to La Salle (Dec. 5), and a full 10 days after that to take their finals and prepare for South Carolina, who they'll see in Columbia (S.C.) on Dec. 15.

Penn State visits the Palestra on Dec. 19 in the rematch of a game played in Allentown last season, when the Nittany Lions fought off a scare to escape with a 73-68 win; Drexel will be looking for revenge on a court that isn't quite a home court but certainly near enough.

The usual occupants of the Palestra visit three days later, as Penn makes the short trip up 32nd Street and a block over on Market to its University City neighbor, in the final home game of the non-con; Iona (Dec. 28) closes out that stretch.
