SCOUTING REPORT

Overall: A varsity player since his freshman year, Turkson has a very good chance of becoming one of the Public League's few four-time all-league selections if he has the senior season expected of him. A 1,000-point scorer by the end of his junior year, Turkson is an athletic forward in a wing's body, with a chance to become a seriously versatile threat before long in his college career. At his most productive within 10 feet of the rim, the left-hander has the ball skills to run the fast break and get to the rim off the rip, but his shooting from outside 12-15 feet still needs a lot of work before he can really be considered a wing. High-academic Division III schools will be all over him, and he's got a chance to get some D-II looks as well because of his athleticism and upside.
