Strengths: Very poised, developed guard considering he’s only entering his sophomore year of high school. Excellent frame, already 6-6 but could add an inch or two to that by the time it’s all said and done. Can score from all three levels; he’s an excellent 3-point shooter, knows how to pull up in the midrange and also will attack the basket when he has a lane. Can defend and play all three perimeter positions.
Weaknesses: Has to work on staying low when dribbling. Plays the point guard position but needs to work on better decision making with his passes. Very laid back until pushed to play.
Overall: For coaches when you hear 6-6 point guard your eyes automatically light up and when you see him play he’s everything you hope he’s on track to be. The high-major talent point could make national waves when it’s all said and done as he continues to fill into his height and body frame.
